Job Summary
Own regional hospitality marketing delivery by translating strategy into seasonal campaigns, on-brand merchandising, and campaign-ready visuals that move diner traffic and revenue.
- Marketing Execution: Translate strategy into seasonal campaigns, calendars, and collateral with culinary, ops, and client teams.
- Visual Merchandising: Create menus, signage, kiosk visuals, and templates that reflect premium brand standards.
- Performance & Insights: Track results and share actionable learnings with operations, corporate marketing, and clients.
Job Description
- Connective tissue between local dining operations teams and corporate marketing — translating strategy into execution and turning consumer insights into campaigns & activations that truly impact the business.
- Develop seasonal promotions, build merchandising programs, design collateral, and manage a monthly marketing calendar in close collaboration with culinary, operations, and client teams.
- Create and oversee digital and printed menus, signage, kiosk and mobile app visuals, and marketing templates reflecting premium brand standards.
- Develop merchandising guidelines and planograms for food, beverage, and retail spaces with attention to aesthetics and function.
- Manage vendor communications and the ordering process for merchandising elements, smallwares, uniforms, and signage fixtures.
- Track, analyze, and report on what's working — sharing insights with operations, corporate marketing, and clients to keep strategies sharp and results-driven.
- Contribute to annual business planning, support new account openings and transitions, lead monthly marketing meetings with key stakeholders, and stay ahead of emerging trends to keep regional strategies fresh and competitive.
