Job Summary

Own the creation and governance of on-brand content across marketing plans, thought leadership, and digital profiles, while maintaining project records and aligning with enterprise storytelling.

  • Platform and site alignment: update architecture platforms and lead website content that meets deadlines and brand standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Develop on-brand written content that supports marketing and media plans, including project stories, thought leadership, firm news, press releases, award submissions, and digital profiles. - Create and maintain project and firm profiles on key architecture and design platforms, including managing monthly content updates and uploads. - Lead development of engaging website content that aligns with the firm’s marketing plan and meets established deadlines. - Support media outreach and press pitching efforts as directed by marketing and media leadership. - Research, collect, and document project information to maintain accurate records and institutional knowledge. - Collaborate with digital teams to publish content across the firm’s website and social media channels. - Partner with graphic designers to ensure visual and written content align with brand standards. - Work closely with media and marketing leaders to ensure project promotion aligns with enterprise and sector strategies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. - 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline. - Professional experience writing and developing content in a professional services environment (preferably in the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or related design industry) - Excellent writing, research, and proofreading skills. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Teams. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and commitment to producing work that adheres to brand standards and style guidelines. - Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to assess needs and recommend effective solutions. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders. Nice to have - Experience supporting marketing and media efforts within the AEC or design industry. - Familiarity with content management systems and project or CRM databases (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint or similar). - Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. - Understanding of digital content strategy, including website content and architecture-industry platforms.
