Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Define and execute launch plans for existing and new medical technologies, including messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns tailored for healthcare professionals and clinical audiences.
  • Strategy & Demand Generation: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets, focusing on lead generation for both clinicians and patient audiences.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Lead digital activation for product launches, virtual events, and webinars, utilizing SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Content Strategy & Compliance: Create, manage, and approve compelling digital content (whitepapers, case studies, website content) ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Collaborate with sales teams to develop digital tools, sales collateral, and KOL engagement strategies —including presentations, product guides, competitive comparisons, and demos—to equip field teams for successful product adoption.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market analysis, monitor competitive trends, and leverage customer insights to inform strategy and identify new market development opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure all initiatives meet medical compliance standards and align with clinical customer needs.
  • KOL Engagement & KOL Relationships: Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and surgeons to build product advocacy and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire portfolio lifecycle, from product launch to maturity and obsolescence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related Life Sciences field
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in the medical device, hospital technology, or regulated healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in successful product launches and developing sales tools
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into easy-to-understand messaging
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% for meetings, tradeshows, and clinical settings

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
  • Direct experience with orthopedics, urology, cardiovascular devices
