Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Remote (should live in Chicago, DFW, Houston or Tampa) with periodic travel to Plano and assigned practices
  • Practice Marketing Leadership
  • · Serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of 6–8 practices
  • · Develop and maintain marketing plans aligned with practice growth goals
  • · Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, referral, and reputation channels
  • · Facilitate regular marketing update meetings with practice leadership
  • · Ensure marketing activities align with provider capacity and operational priorities
  • New Patient Acquisition
  • · Support initiatives designed to increase qualified new patient volume
  • · Coordinate paid media and digital marketing initiatives with agency partners

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location service organizations
  • Comfort working with physicians and practice operations leaders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing including paid media, SEO, and website optimization
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or external partners
  • CRM and marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
