Responsibilities

• We're looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you own how new customers find One Church Software, how we earn their trust, and how they move from first impression to qualified lead. You also own how we're perceived in the market, everywhere we're seen.
• This is not a “set direction and hand it off” role. You will personally do the work, using AI and a small set of vendors you choose and manage to produce at a scale and lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Success is a steady flow of qualified leads, a market that thinks well of One Church Software before we ever speak to them, and process-driven marketing activities.
• We serve churches and nonprofits. Knowing that audience, meaning how pastors and church administrators think, what they trust, how they buy, and how they talk, is central to doing this job well.
• Travel: up to 4 per year (conferences).

Requirements

• Experience in marketing preferably for a SaaS company
• Strong hands-on ability across multiple marketing disciplines
• Fluent with AI tools and willing to use them to operate at the scale of a team.
• Self-starter with ability to learn new marketing strategies, tools and techniques
• Comfort making decisions with imperfect information
• Ability to move between strategy and execution without friction
• Clear written communication skills
• Strong judgment about what matters and what doesn’t
• Willingness to be accountable for results, not just effort
