Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the U.S. marketing strategy, owning the annual marketing calendar to ensure alignment with event schedules and brand moments.
Campaign & Brand Leadership: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and partnerships, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Content Marketing Manager – North America, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across departments.
Influencer & Community Strategy: Lead the U.S. influencer and ambassador strategy, identifying and developing relationships with key athletes and community leaders.
CRM & Audience Growth: Oversee CRM and newsletter strategies to drive participant acquisition, retention, and effective lifecycle communication.
Performance & Budgeting: Manage the U.S. marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI through advanced performance tracking and analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including events, partnerships, and global marketing, to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Experience: 6–8+ years in marketing, brand, or campaign leadership roles, ideally within the sports, fitness, or community-driven industries.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor team members and lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: Strong experience in integrated marketing strategy and the ability to adapt global campaigns for the U.S. audience.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong capabilities in reporting and campaign optimization.
Communication: Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Languages: English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to U.S. events and activations, including weekends.
Passion: A genuine love for sport, fitness, or live experiences.
