Job Summary
The role owns end-to-end hotel digital marketing and brand performance, driving traffic, revenue, and reputation across web, social, and media channels; lead cross-functional campaigns, content strategy, and analytics to optimize outcomes across brand, performance, and partnerships.
- Own integrated media strategies and content calendar across META, SEM, OTA, and affiliate channels.
- Lead measurement, reporting, and collaboration with property, marketing, and corporate teams to hit KPI targets.

Responsibilities
- Optimize placement, products/programs, and content to increase traffic and drive revenue
- Coordinates with property teams plus corporate revenue, F&B, and marketing teams to meet measurable goals.
- Plan and manage digital advertising and online promotional activities ensuring measurable goals are met.
- Performs keyword analysis, research and copywriting and manages text and images for our hotel websites and listings.
- Responsible for identifying website content and photography updates to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Prepares marketing & social media activity reports to track and measure social and digital initiatives.
- Monitor brand compliance for the company.
- Elevate the internal/external communications including production of materials such as web, video and social media strategies.
- Assist with reputation management initiatives by monitoring hotel(s) presence on, and placement of all reputation/review sites (TripAdvisor, Yelp, social media, Google, OTA?s etc.). In addition, review all user reviews (positive and negative) and ensure property level teams are appropriately utilizing responses through appropriate channels.
- Develop comprehensive full-funnel integrated media strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and revenue performance.
