Job Summary

Own the operations backbone for education events and content programs, with clear ownership of event programs, channel publishing, and data-driven follow-ups.

  • Event Operations: Own the end to end event lifecycle from planning through post event follow ups across multiple branches.
  • Content & Publishing: Lead social and email cadence plus on site optimization and SEO friendly site updates.
  • Measurement & Data: Maintain lead tracking in CRM and project management tools, drive campaign reporting, and surface trends to leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, Lunch & Learns, webinars, and educational events across multiple branch locations.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, venues, promotional schedules, and event materials.
  • Develop standardized processes, templates, and SOPs that create consistency as our firm continues to grow.
  • Support select events on-site by coordinating registration, setup, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate and execute social media content and publishing schedules.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, subscriber lists, and campaign performance.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO improvements, and digital content.
  • Launch and coordinate new educational events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Capture client stories, testimonials, and event highlights to support future marketing efforts.
  • Explore and help launch new marketing channels, including video, podcasts, and other innovative ways to reach prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing operations, event coordination, campaign management, or project management.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Redtail experience is a plus).
  • Experience coordinating seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, or educational events.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Minneapolis branch.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Financial services, wealth management, insurance, or professional services experience is beneficial but not required.
