Job Summary

Drive product marketing for Premium Brands collections end-to-end, partnering across product, content, and merchandising to ship high-impact collections.

  • Must-have: Leadership of product strategy across a multi-team collection program.
  • Standout: Experience with LLMs or prompt engineering adds technical leverage for automated curation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single-threaded Product Marketing leader overseeing product strategy for the Premium Brands collection. Work directly with business partners to ingest requirements. Define inclusion and exclusion rules, lead process and Business Requirement documents with Collections Product and Engineering teams, own development and execution of slicing, lead regular bug-bashing of live experiences, and determine appropriate filters (e.g., Odd, Inappropriate, Aesthetic). Collections end output should be bar-raising and drive significant iOPS.
  • Partner with content marketers to produce bar-raising Premium product collections in support of key NASM workstreams like Seasonal Events, Holiday, and HVEs. This involves translating a high-level content plan (e.g., Thanksgiving) into key product categories and brands, engineering a natural language prompt into our LLM, auditing the output, and adjusting accordingly.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to define targeting and experimentation opportunities for product collections. Bug bash Fabric or P13N slices to be recommendation/“front-window” worthy.
  • Partner with Browse and Merchandising teams to inform page wireframes based on collection makeup.
  • Contribute to narratives and flashes to gain leadership buy-in on strategies.
  • Report on the impact of collections and their performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for processes improvement through the creation of SOPs and RACIs.

Amazon

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one. Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world. Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind. You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
