Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute EVOIR's marketing and creative strategy.
• Manage and grow EVOIR's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for content, paid ads, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Create and coordinate short-form social content.
• Stay ahead of social trends, emerging content formats, and new marketing opportunities.
• Identify and build relationships with creators and influencers.
• Coordinate creator campaigns, product seeding, and collaborations.
• Work with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative partners.
• Help plan product launches, events, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future marketing.

Requirements

• Strong creative instincts with an eye for branding, visual content, and storytelling.
• Experience creating or managing short-form video and social media content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative platforms.
• Understanding of influencer and creator marketing.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising, particularly Meta and TikTok, is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands is a plus.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to use performance data to improve creative decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
