Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create engaging video content for social media and promotions
- Manage and update the company website (content, design, and performance)
- Develop marketing strategies to increase event attendance and brand awareness
- Track campaign performance and adjust based on results
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Basic website management skills (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong content creation skills (especially video)
- Organized, creative, and results-driven
