Job Description

Responsibilities

Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals
Drive creation and implementation of new automated email programs
Assist in shaping the long-term email and CRM roadmap
Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and promotional priorities
Build and execute email campaigns and traffic-driving initiatives
Develop and manage robust A/B and multivariate testing programs
Optimize campaigns for sales performance and unit sell-through
Partner with design teams on creative asset production
Report on progress against goals and relevant email performance metrics
Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership

Requirements

5+ years of professional marketing experience
Strong experience in email marketing and CRM program development
Demonstrated expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
Experience reporting performance metrics to senior leadership
Working knowledge of XML, HTML, and CMS publishing tools
Proven ability to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives

Preferred

Experience supporting device or hardware marketing programs
Experience working within large-scale technology organizations
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
Experience building lifecycle or automated marketing programs
