Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage SEO and Local SEO across the Bay Area
• Develop our AI Search / GEO / AEO strategy
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Develop landing pages and strategies to improve website conversions
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Build and manage the company's content calendar
• Coordinate project photos, videos, before-and-after content, testimonials, and educational content
• Build systems to consistently generate and collect client reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEO and Local SEO
• Experience with Google Ads and lead generation
• Experience managing Google Business Profile
• Understanding of AI Search Optimization / GEO / AEO
• Strong understanding of content and social media marketing
• Experience with website and conversion optimization
• Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and marketing KPIs
• Ability to manage agencies, vendors, freelancers, and multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in construction, remodeling, home services, real estate, or another local service business is a major plus.
