Job Summary
Own partner marketing and channel programs across the PMS/Services stack to drive joint promotions, referrals, and MDFs with measurable engagement and growth.

- Programs and enablement: Create and manage co-marketing, collateral, training, and joint campaigns.
- Measurement and growth: Track KPIs, optimize budgets, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key channel and integration partners across our PMS and Services division.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and support.
- Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns, joint promotions, and incentive programs.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support partner marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize partner marketing budgets.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the Client Referral Program, including establishing program structure, executing supporting marketing initiatives, and cultivating regular engagement with clients and industry partners to support program adoption and long-term growth.
- Track and analyze the performance of channel marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve results.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
