Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Management and Execution: Manage the development and execution of CEO’s organization-wide marketing strategy across email, social media, paid advertising, search, and other digital channels
• Lead marketing efforts and integrated campaigns that increase awareness and support for CEO’s programmatic, fundraising, advocacy, and organizational goals
• Partner with internal teams to establish campaign objectives, audiences, messages, timelines, budgets, and measures of success
• Manage marketing-related budgets, vendors, consultants, contracts, and scopes of work using internal project management tools such as Monday.com
• Prepare campaign briefs, proposals, presentations, and marketing performance reports for executive leadership, funders, and other key stakeholders
• Email Marketing and Audience Development: Lead CEO’s email marketing strategies, including audience growth, segmentation, campaign development, automation, testing, and performance analysis
• Manage the strategy and production of email communications, including newsletters, fundraising appeals, advocacy campaigns, program promotions, and targeted constituent journeys
• Identify and segment priority audiences, including program participants, employers, donors, policymakers, partner organizations, and the general public
• Develop targeted email journeys that engage different audiences and encourage action
• Grow email lists and improve subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, audience engagement, or related field
• proven track record planning and executing integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid/organic social media, search, display)
• experience with managing organic and paid social media campaigns
• building strategies for audience acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention strategies
• managing search marketing, search engine optimization, landing pages, and digital campaign optimization
• experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and contracts
• strong project management skills and experience with project management platforms

Preferred

• people management experience
• experience in nonprofit, workforce-development, economic-mobility, or criminal-justice experience or experience marketing nonprofit programs, social-impact initiatives, direct services, or technology products
• experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, or fundraising platforms
• experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
