Job Summary

Own marketing operations and events execution with data-driven tracking in HubSpot, shaping regional outreach and partnerships while guiding messaging for conferences and sponsorships.

  • Data & Analytics: track budgets and ROI in HubSpot and translate metrics into action for the Marketing Lead.
  • Communications & Partnerships: lead pre/post event comms, sponsor strategy, and nonprofit partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Execution: oversee events, logistics, collateral, and conference participation to align with strategic objectives.
  • Tracking, Budgets & ROI: manage marketing activity data and ROI in HubSpot, delivering insights to inform decisions with the Marketing Lead.
  • HubSpot Data & Segmentation: maintain contact strategy and data integrity to inform campaign segmentation and email performance.
  • Communications Strategy for Events: develop pre and post-event communications in partnership with Corporate Marketing.
  • Conferences & Events Leadership: plan and execute conference/event strategy, booths, sponsorships, travel, materials, and speaking submissions.
  • Speaking Proposals & Messaging: refine proposals and narratives, guiding positioning and messaging and managing deadlines.
  • Partnerships & Associations: cultivate nonprofit relationships and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Sponsorship Oversight: manage prioritization, investment tracking, scheduling, and outcomes assessment.
  • CCS-hosted Events Support: align regional marketing goals with audience engagement for CCS events.
  • Communications & Content Support: draft regional publications, emails, and social content, and contribute to thought leadership materials.
