Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Partner with internal teams to shape and optimize marketing campaigns from concept to launch
- Lead brand management and creative initiatives across multiple concurrent projects
- Campaign Execution: Guide organic marketing efforts across social, digital, and select print channels
- Keep content and messaging aligned across marketing calendars, timelines, and supporting materials
- Evaluate creative performance and set clear specifications for digital and print assets
- Track and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
- Content Development: Craft persuasive, on-brand copy for social media, email, web, and beyond
- Build and manage a project calendar to keep content and campaigns on schedule
- Analytics & Insights: Turn data into direction — identify trends and optimize based on performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within B2B and/or foodservice
- A track record of leading marketing projects and brand initiatives from start to finish
- Sharp copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork
- Comfort preparing marketing proposals, briefs, and presentations
- Familiarity with social media, website, and marketing automation tools
- Working knowledge of Canadian digital marketing landscape (laws, best practices, etc) strongly preferred
- Canadian digital marketing requirements — privacy laws, CASL, and language nuances
- French language skills are a plus
