Job Summary
Own the strategy to translate business goals into cross-channel campaigns with clear metrics, then drive end-to-end execution and optimization across lifecycle touchpoints for defined product lines.
- Growth & Performance Management: Track KPIs, ROI, and budget; run testing to optimize outcomes.
- Campaign Ownership & Execution: Lead briefs, in-flight optimization, and hands-on targeting, messaging and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with PMs, analytics, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery and brand consistency.
