Job Description

Alongside the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for Birmingham, delivering plans and activity in order to achieve our key lettings and retention targets
You will act as a brand guardian for both Bruntwood SciTech and assist in brand building and place-making creation
Managing the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums including CGIs, videography, brochures, photography, hoarding, social media assets
Developing engaging PR for key milestones and deals and managing the stakeholder approval process effectively
Building strong relationships with the Commercial, Asset Management and internal project teams to collectively deliver our Birmingham business plan
Working closely with our central content and digital marketing teams to create and lead on integrated campaigns to support commercial objectives and increase lead generation
Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and effectiveness, in order to drive improved conversions
Working effectively with a range of national and sector suppliers, partners, stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities
Staying ahead of industry trends for the commercial property, tech and science sectors

Experience managing end to end marketing campaigns from inception to completion
Ability to work autonomously within a marketing capacity, driving and taking ownership of campaigns
A keen collaborator, working with other departments to drive successful campaigns, leaning on different areas of expertise and knowledge
Experience managing senior stakeholders
Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple marketing projects at a time
Ideally you’ll have a marketing related degree or equivalent qualification
Commercially focused with a keen interest in property, tech, innovation and science
Someone who is comfortable with a hands-on role in a growing and ambitious startup environment
