Job Summary

Own the core marketing scope for venues by coordinating media buys, pricing-driven promotions, and cross-team execution to drive ticket sales and brand exposure.

  • Marketing mix management: plan and execute digital, broadcast, print, and outdoor campaigns across venues.
  • Media collaboration: negotiate coverage and align assets with events through PR agency partnerships.
  • Pricing and performance: monitor sales KPIs, optimize pricing and promotions, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maximize reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing mix management: plan and execute digital, broadcast, print, and outdoor campaigns across venues.
  • Media coordination: negotiate editorial coverage with media buys and collaborate with Public Relations Agency to secure press for events.
  • Pricing and promotions: analyze event ticket sales, assess impact on demand, and implement dynamic pricing and promotion strategies for subscriptions and tickets.
  • Sales performance tracking: formulate, monitor, and report key sales metrics and progress.
  • Partnerships and exposure: collaborate with media and community partners to promote venues and maximize exposure.
  • Asset approval and localization: communicate with third-party agencies and artist reps to localize and approve advertising assets for shows.
  • Cross-department alignment: work with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives are executed as planned.
  • Financial administration: prepare marketing expenses and documentation for settlement procedures.
  • Accounts and publishing support: contribute to invoice retrieval, coding, and processing for the marketing department.
  • Publications and events support: contribute to organization and execution of institutional digital and print publications.
