Responsibilities

• Own our social media across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including strategy, content creation, posting, and engagement
• Be on camera regularly, creating and appearing in content that showcases our properties and brand
• Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, budget, and optimization
• Create and send email blasts to our lists to promote listings, updates, and campaigns
• Post and manage property listings across our platforms
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive leads and build the Aura brand
• Generate creative assets for both web and physical signage
• Track performance and stay organized using Excel or Google Sheets
• Continuously test, measure, and improve what is working across channels

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally with a strong social media focus
• A genuine grasp of social media marketing, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Comfortable and confident being on camera
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
• Experience running email marketing campaigns and blasts
• An eye for design and the ability to create compelling creatives for digital and print
• Highly organized, with solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong sense of brand, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and channels at once
• Must be willing to commute to and work from our New York City office

Preferred

• Real estate or property marketing experience is a plus, but not required
