Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Acquisition: Design, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads is required; experience with Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a strong plus).
  • Budget & Bidding Strategy: Command full control over campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation—adjusting spent and scaling winning campaigns aggressively.

  • Landing Page Optimization: Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages independently, without relying on heavy engineering support.
  • Full-Funnel Analytics: Implement and maintain robust tracking (Google Analytics, conversion pixels, tag management) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) daily and transform raw data into quick, actionable decisions.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing framework across ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • AI Integration: Comfortably integrate modern AI tools into your workflow to augment creative production, research, and data analysis.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Maintain hyper-attention to detail to spot tracking bugs, campaign anomalies, or performance drops fast.
  • Concise Communication: Deliver clear, concise reports to leadership regarding results, active tests, and future growth roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Proven Paid Media Track Record: Demonstrated experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
  • Self-Sufficient Operator: You have a track record of executing landing page builds, basic web tweaks, and tracking setups independently.
  • Data-Obsessed & Agility-Driven: You let numbers guide your decisions, adapt quickly to market feedback, and love fast iteration cycles.
  • Demonstrated History of Learning: You are naturally curious, proactive, self-directed, and constantly upskilling on new marketing technologies, platforms, and AI tools.
  • Direct Communicator: You state key findings and next steps succinctly without overwhelming stakeholders with fluff.
  • Google Ads is required: Design, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads is required; experience with Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a strong plus).
