Job Summary
Own referral network growth by identifying and expanding partnerships with physicians and healthcare providers, and optimizing routing to lift referral outcomes.
- Growth/Partnerships: Identify and grow referral opportunities with clinicians and healthcare systems, and implement an effective call strategy to boost partner outcomes.
- Market & Brand Enablement: Conduct local market research, build partnerships and sponsorships, coordinate branded materials, and educate communities about therapy services.
- Operations & Training: Provide BD and marketing training to Clinic Directors, coordinate social and recruiting efforts, and analyze market data to drive underperforming clinics back on trend.
