Job Summary

Own the admissions funnel for a skilled care facility by cultivating referral partnerships, screening incoming referrals, and guiding prospective residents through tours and the approval process to maximize admissions and positive community image.

  • Growth/Outreach: Build relationships with local hospitals and referral sources to generate admissions.
  • Screening & Process: Screen referrals, determine level of care, services required, equipment needs, insurance coverage, and coordinate the admissions process.
  • Experience & Compliance: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families, stay current on Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement rules, and support PR and word-of-mouth referrals.
