Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including virtual tours and lifestyle content.
• Perform Matterport scans and basic video/photo editing to enhance property listings and campaigns.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company website.
• Coordinate apartment staging and support branding efforts across properties.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Plan and support tenant and community events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing materials and campaigns.
• Other marketing tasks as assigned.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed leasing information to potential tenants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in marketing or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong sales skills to promote products or services effectively.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premier, Canva, Photoshop and Square Space.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
