Job Summary

Own content creation across Clover channels, lead customer-facing events, and advocate for the voice of the customer to shape product and service decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Lead content creation across owned channels, including Clover's email list, social media, and website. This includes writing copy, taking photography and video, and editing
  • - Manage creative project timelines and deliverables, including signage, flyers, and printed materials
  • - Develop and pitch press-worthy stories for local media
  • - Create and lead events at restaurants (Trivia Nights, Meet-the-Farmers, Thank You Breakfasts)
  • - Respond to customer inquiries and issues by email and phone professionally and in timely manner
  • - Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining an upbeat tone. Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates accurately
  • - Provide guidance to restaurant Front-of-House staff on how to tell the store of new products
  • - Guide food development and corporate strategy by representing the voice of the customer—sharing their ideas, feedback, complaints, and insights
  • - In order to really understand our customers and food, you will also be expected to Clover Guide (take orders in the restaurants and interact with guests) 3-5 hours a week

Requirements

  • - A scrappy can-do attitude
  • - Passion for food
  • - Strong communication skills
  • - Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • - Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices

Preferred

  • - Experience providing creative direction
  • - Experience managing creative projects and timelines
  • - Experience in retail or customer service would be a plus
