Responsibilities

• Schedule, caption, and hashtag posts on @worksprobiotics and our LinkedIn page.
• Support Reels and carousel production using brand templates.
• Run the pre-publish compliance checklist on every post and email.
• Keep the practitioner outreach tracker current; prepare mailings and sample shipments.
• Build and send Klaviyo flows and campaigns from approved copy.
• Build and maintain the KPI tracker; write the Friday readout.
• Help design and write up one supervised paid-social test (the CEO runs all ad spend).
• Research competitor pricing, positioning, and channels.
• Administrative tasks (shipping labels, filing, spreadsheet cleanup) stay under 20% of hours.

Requirements

• Current ASU undergraduate (junior or senior) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Clear, concise writer who takes feedback well.
• Comfortable creating short-form content on Instagram; familiar with LinkedIn company pages.
• Organized and reliable, with about 10 hours per week available around classes.
• Able to spend one day per week in person in downtown Phoenix.

Preferred

• Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for Reels and carousels.
• Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or another email platform.
• Coursework in digital marketing, consumer behavior, or analytics.
• Interest in health, science, or wellness brands.
