Job Summary

Own operational rigor for marketing logistics and event support, with focus on merchandising workflow, asset coordination, and internal campaign prep.

  • Operations & Logistics: merchandise planning, inventory tracking, packing, shipping, and booth setup materials.
  • Marketing Admin & Campaign Support: list hygiene, content proofreading, material reviews, and list formatting assistance.
  • Communications & Coordination: cross-team support, file organization, and basic social/content coordination.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Fields and tracks internal sales requests for branded merchandise, including hats, stickers, apparel, and other promotional items.
  • Picks, prepares, and packages merchandise and marketing materials for sales team requests and customer-facing needs.
  • Assists with inventory organization and basic tracking of marketing merchandise and apparel.
  • Helps pack, label, and organize event displays, booth materials, and promotional items for tradeshows and other events.
  • Supports shipping and receiving preparation for marketing and event materials.
  • Assists with event setup and teardown as needed, including organizing booth collateral and display assets.
  • Coordinates routine marketing tasks and administrative support for the marketing team.
  • Helps maintain and update mailing lists, contact information, and internal marketing records.
  • Assists with email marketing support, including content review, list updates, and formatting assistance.

Requirements

  • Passion for the automotive industry preferred.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in marketing, merchandising, events, and internal customer support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable handling physical materials, packing, organizing, and light event preparation.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and support a team environment.
  • Strong teamwork and follow-through skills.

Preferred

  • Basic familiarity with social media or marketing tools is a plus.
