Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need
  • Analyze sales, profitability, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business improvement
  • Assist with evaluating customer, product, and market performance to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and update key business information, including customer, product, market, and competitive data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product management, customer engagement, and business-planning projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or business-related degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
  • Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
  • Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) May-August 2027. Not eligible for virtual work.
  • A valid US Driver's license is required
