Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Local Presence and Maps Management: audit and clean-up of local clinic assets.
• Website Platform Refresh QA: quality assurance for upcoming website platform refresh initiative.
• Marketing Technology and Automation Auditing: ensure accuracy and identify broken or outdated automations.
• Clinic Event Support and Reporting: support events and reporting.
• Data Analysis to Support Targeting Strategies: analyze data to inform digital and traditional marketing targeting.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: assist in creating clear documentation and SOPs for recurring processes trained on.
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in secondary education for marketing or communications.
• Experience: This role is designed as a learning experience. You do not need prior professional marketing experience—curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to dive into new tools and systems.
• Knowledge / Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (eg Excel, Word, etc.).
• Comfort learning and using new digital tools and platforms. You do not need prior experience with these specific tools—we will provide training. We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out.
