Job Summary
Own campus activation and on-ground outreach to drive user growth in US Chinese communities, with a focus on partnerships and live events.
- Campus & Community Activation: plan and run in-person promotions at universities, residential areas, and events to boost awareness and signups.
- Engagement & Partnerships: build campus club relationships and manage WeChat communities to drive satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to enhance brand awareness
- Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events
- Introduce the app, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users and assist with user acquisition efforts
- Help develop and maintain partnerships with university clubs/student associations for campus promotions
- Support WeChat community management, engagement, and promotional activities to improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing on-ground promoters and collecting campaign performance data
- Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing team
