Responsibilities

Assist in developing an organic social media strategy aligned to brand and business objectives
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create and refine social media content
Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and relevance
Track and analyze social media performance and metrics
Work with Director, Marketing Intelligence & Analytics to develop performance reports
Identify key insights and recommend optimizations based on results
Support Manager of Marketing Operations in planning and delivering marketing campaigns
Assist in coordinating campaign components across channels (email, digital, in-store, etc.)
Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope

Preferred

Prior experience coordinating cross-channel social media campaigns or internships in marketing
Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting tools
Ability to translate data into actionable marketing guidance
