Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own data entry, reporting, and collateral tasks across Marketing IQ and CRM.
  • Assist with Marketing IQ updates and data entry
  • Support CRM IQ reporting and tracking
  • Help complete marketing audits for assigned properties
  • Assist in compiling performance summaries and insights
  • Brainstorm and develop social media content ideas for multiple apartment communities
  • Create branded Canva flyers and marketing collateral
  • Assist with email blast creation and formatting
  • Upload and organize vacant unit photography
  • Support basic website updates and content adjustments
  • Participate in property visits

Preferred

  • creative, organized, and detail-oriented student who is interested in marketing, branding, or digital media and wants exposure to both strategy and execution
