Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms to increase audience interaction and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative marketing ideas and promotional materials.
  • Support the development of graphics, short-form videos, and written content for marketing channels
  • Assist the Marketing Director with content organization, photo/video assets, and marketing materials
  • Provide general support for marketing projects and campaigns as needed
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives using platform insights and reporting tools to help inform future social media strategies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated within the past 6 months from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing tools, project management tools and graphic design tools.
  • Experience in video and or photography production for marketing campaigns
  • Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
