Responsibilities

• Project manage digital and print projects to ensure materials are delivered in a timely fashion.
• Assist in ensuring that projects and materials remain within budget
• Assist in facilitating all production works, project an image reflective of HES’s guiding principles and brand guidelines
• Suggest and create content for different projects and initiatives
• Create processes to organize content available to marketing audience segments to use within the collateral
• Carry out division-specific tasks/activities as assigned by the supervisor throughout the internship
• Manage deliverables and provide regular updates

Requirements

• Field of study: pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or other related fields
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• High levels of commitment and initiative
• Ability to navigate or willingness to learn technology and software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at a given time to
• Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills while implementing direction and feedback
• thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to successfully work in a team
