Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation, Management, and Dissemination
  • Develop engaging content that reflects ISAIC's distinctive voice and brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms.
  • - Design creative graphics, layouts, and visual assets for print, digital, video, and motion graphics
  • - Create high-quality graphics, banners, images, and other visual content for websites, social media, email, and marketing campaigns
  • - Support the production, art direction, and execution of multimedia content by creatively leveraging existing and new assets
  • - Capture and edit photo and video content at ISAIC headquarters and external events
  • - Transform organizational data into compelling visual storytelling that highlights ISAIC's impact
  • - Participate in brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content strategies
  • - Assist with development of monthly reports
  • - Develop educational and values-driven content, including video, that communicates ISAIC's mission, impact, and industry expertise

Requirements

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools, with a strong understanding of emerging trends and digital best practices
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable graphic design software
  • Experience creating visual media, including photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with project management platforms preferred
  • Major or significant coursework in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related disciplines highly preferred
