Job Description

Responsibilities

Assisting with digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Creating and editing marketing content
Supporting event planning and trade shows
Analyzing campaign performance metrics
Conducting market and customer research
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and customer-facing communications
Preparing and presenting a final PowerPoint presentation highlighting project work, key learnings, and overall experience

Requirements

A college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field with an interest in marketing and the agricultural industry.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; creativity and attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; a self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and collaborate across teams; and someone who brings their full self to work each day.

Benefits

- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
