Job Description

Responsibilities

Support. Assist with user-generated content management and back-to-school ambassador and influencer campaigns.
Develop. Report on channel performance trends and best practices.
Advise. Provide recommendations for influencer and ambassador programs, and help with the execution of day-to-day tasks.
Strengthen. Research emerging influencer and creator trends.
Help. Complete other projects as assigned.

Requirements

Experience. In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Education. Recent college graduate or enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a similar program with at least 3 years completed.
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Technical Skills. Exceptional Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technical tools and applications.
Agility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize for the greatest impact.
Great Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well both individually and in a team.
Strong interpersonal skills.
