Job Summary

Own the admin and outreach workflow for healthcare referrals by coordinating HR tasks, enabling marketing to facilities and case managers, and building community relationships to drive referrals.

  • Manage onboarding, interviews, and document collection to keep HR moving smoothly.
  • Support outreach to facilities, providers, and case managers to source referrals.
  • Build and maintain community relationships to boost referrals and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR tasks (onboarding, interviews, collecting documents)
  • Support marketing and outreach to facilities, providers, and case managers
  • Build and maintain community relationships to increase referrals
  • Manage multiple administrative projects
  • Support leadership with communication and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, HR, or marketing preferre
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable engaging with case managers and referral sources
  • Able to manage multiple projects
  • Organized, reliable, and professional
  • Able to travel to Lowell, Haverhill, Lawrence
