Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design, content, and maintenance of the Association’s website and social media. Lead visual design and brand execution ensuring consistency in look, feel, and user experience.
  • Design Association’s marketing collateral to successfully strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Design and produce visual assets, graphics, and design files for digital marketing initiatives including customer email campaigns, in-branch television screens, texting initiatives, online video content, digital advertising, social media, statement onserts, in-branch broadcast screens, and more.
  • Work with Marketing and Outreach Manager and outside vendors on media/advertising buys.
  • Lead design and production of print materials such as signage, letterhead, businesses cards, posters, calendars, mailings, and other branded swag.
  • Develop digital product delivery strategy to facilitate quality online and customer experience.
  • Ensure online and mobile banking tools are aligned with Association’s brand and user experience standards. Collaborate with other teams to execute new products and projects.
  • Video and photography at OlyFed events and for Association’s digital and print collateral needs.
  • Review, edit, and proofread materials as needed.
  • Represent the Association at community events.
  • Manage multiple projects within timeframes and budget and with outside vendors as needed.
  • Promote Marketing and Association initiatives, maintain and stay abreast of regulatory compliance responsibilities, including policies and programs.
  • Backup administrative support for the department as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent public and customer relations skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, determine needs, and maintain confidence.
  • Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, podcast production tools, graphic design programs, video editing software, and MS. Mac experience helpful with the ability to learn new software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate and coordinate group projects and events.
  • Work independently with little supervision. Flexibility to work outside office hours.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and composure. Flexibility and adaptability to prioritize a fluctuating workload in a customer-driven environment.
  • Exercise customer confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English well.
  • Maintain knowledge of Association products, services, profit drivers, business goals, and applicable Association Policies and Federal Regulations.

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training is preferred.
  • At least two years of graphic design and video production experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in the financial industry or a related field preferred.
  • Previous marketing experience preferred.
  • Must be bondable.
