Collaborate in weekly marketing meetings and stay ahead with new ideas

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
Monitor conversions, lead quality, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
Perform keyword research and add negative keywords.
Write compelling ad copy.
Improve Quality Scores and landing page performance.
Track ROI and continually optimize campaigns.
Provide a monthly performance report with recommendations.
Create a monthly content calendar.
Develop engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, and educational posts.
Write high-converting captions and calls to action.

Requirements

Has 3+ years of digital marketing experience (5+ preferred).
Has direct experience marketing medical spas, cosmetic practices, plastic surgeons, dermatology offices, or aesthetic businesses.
Has successfully managed Google Ads with measurable ROI.
Can demonstrate campaigns that generated leads and booked appointments.
Has excellent copywriting skills.
Is highly creative while remaining data-driven.
Understands SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local marketing.
Is proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Understands conversion tracking and landing page optimization.
Can work independently with little oversight.
