Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Support: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help create, edit, and proofread marketing materials.
• Maintain the content calendar and support graphic design projects.
• Social Media Management: Manage organic social media channels, including posting, engagement, and analytics.
• Oversee branch Facebook pages and support content needs for Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage.
• Email & Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing Technology Specialist on email campaigns, event communications, and cross-promotional initiatives.
• Support basic use of Drupal 9, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of events, webinars, and promotions.
• Customer Experience & Reporting: Monitor customer feedback and help identify trends.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance and insights reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, design, or communications
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere preferred)
• Experience managing social media content and analyzing performance
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively while managing independent tasks
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Must open and maintain a checking or savings account with Extraco Banks as a condition of employment

Preferred

• Videography or photography experience
• Familiarity with Drupal 9 CMS and HubSpot Marketing Automation
