We're a small, fast-moving media company looking for a polished, dependable professional to manage our platforms, marketing and support our CEO directly.

A typical day in the life, you are:

• Scheduling social media on multiple client accounts, handling new sign-ups, and stay actively scheduled, monitored,
• The point of contact for making sure subscribers can access our software + tools, making sure the platforms stay current with new sign-ups and updates
• Scheduling calls and meetings for leadership
• Assisting with various marketing projects, and handling occasional client requests
• Updating websites (no code) and blogs
• Learning new technologies
• Uploading Book files to publishing platforms like Amazon KDP, checking files, etc.
• Communicating with clients
• Working in social media platforms and online profiles

If you like to stay busy, hate to be micro-managed, and enjoy not having the same day twice, you may have found your next role.

Ideal candidates:

• Have worked at a marketing or social media agency, or verifiable real estate brokerage in a similar client-facing marketing role, and want to continue building a career in that field
• Are comfortable using AI tools daily — not a fit for someone resistant to AI or needing rigid, step-by-step training
• Have a good eye for design and sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Have strong communication skills, professional phone/email/in-person presence

This is not an entry point to explore whether marketing is right for you or or someone who wants to test their skills, or looking to build a portfolio — we're looking for someone who already knows this is their field, and wants to build a career.

Starting Pay: $22/Hour + Bonuses | Position Type: 1099 Contractor
