Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, including creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
  • Create and curate marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and product brochures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute both online and offline promotional activities (events, webinars, product launches, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and analyzing open/click rates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company’s website and digital presence.
  • Assist with SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing role (internships or part-time roles are also considered).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, SEMrush).
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Ads.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
