Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support revenue generation across hotel rooms, events, entertainment, food & beverage, retail, and resort experiences.
  • Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable campaigns and operational plans.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives uphold the Fontainebleau brand identity, voice, and positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across advertising, digital platforms, property communications, and promotional materials.
  • Support brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including digital marketing, brand marketing, content development, and campaign management.
  • Oversee marketing calendars, project timelines, and cross-department coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture that supports innovation and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns for key resort initiatives including events, seasonal promotions, entertainment programming, and property experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4-6 years in a senior leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, entertainment, or resort environments strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Expertise in brand marketing, digital marketing, and integrated campaign strategy
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into operational marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI

Preferred
