Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Specialist own execution of key marketing programs and events end-to-end, helping ensure the team operates efficiently.
  • Event & Trade Show Execution
  • Own logistics and planning for trade shows, conferences, and marketing events, including booth setup, vendors, shipping, and materials.
  • Own end-to-end event execution (logistics, vendors, timelines, delivery)
  • Support event promotion efforts in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Track event deliverables and ensure all materials are prepared and shipped on time.
  • Coordinate post-event lead processing and follow-up.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Manage timelines for campaign deliverables including landing pages, assets, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Execute website updates and marketing initiatives
  • Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
  • Manage marketing project timelines and ensure tasks progress without delays.
  • Coordinate internal resources across marketing, sales, and leadership.
  • Maintain organization of marketing assets, collateral, and resources.
  • Support development and maintenance of sales enablement materials and content libraries.
  • Process Optimization & Execution Support
  • Identify operational gaps or process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Conduct research and support optimization of marketing channels and campaigns:** - Leverage AI tools and new technologies to improve marketing workflows and efficiency.
