Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and support tradeshows, conferences, and client events—from logistics to on-site execution
Manage event details including registrations, materials, booth coordination, and internal alignment
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with BBCS branding
Create and manage marketing collateral and materials that reflect our brand and messaging
Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, and outreach initiatives
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) for team members attending events and client meetings
Track marketing and sales activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Build familiarity with our client base and the blood banking industry to support meaningful outreach

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in marketing support, event coordination, or administrative logistics preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel up to 25% for tradeshows, conferences, and internal meetings

Preferred

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, PandaDoc, or similar platforms is a plus
Exposure to project management tools or structured workflows is beneficial
