Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote upcoming events, share live updates, and engage with audiences before, during, and after events.
  • Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face communication, ensuring positive experiences that encourage brand loyalty.
  • Deliver compelling public presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating key features and benefits.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, staffing schedules, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to develop creative strategies for maximizing event impact and optimizing product pages online.
  • Lead small teams during events to ensure smooth operations and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event marketing or related roles involving face-to-face customer interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools for promoting events and engaging audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging public presentations and public speaking engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using marketing project management software.
  • Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing or client communication is highly desirable.
  • Technical proficiency in productivity software such as presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technology.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles that require active listening and relationship building is a plus.

  • Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing or client communication is highly desirable.
