Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.

• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and attendees.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to team members.
• Assist coworkers with event-related activities and daily priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
