Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content
• Own the firm's YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, keeping each active, on-brand and on a steady posting schedule
• YouTube: run the WI$E MONEY channel, including segments, webinar replays, titles, thumbnails and subscriber growth
• LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook: thought leadership, Reels and Stories cut from the show, and event and community content
• Create financial education content, coordinate video, photos and graphics, and track growth on each platform
• Email & Lead Nurture
• Build and manage newsletters, drip campaigns and automated sequences
• Segment clients and prospects, including leads from TV, radio and webinars, and tailor the message to each group
• Write copy, subject lines and calls to action that get opened and clicked
• Report on performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• [2–4] years of marketing experience; financial services is a plus but not required
• Proven, hands-on experience running business accounts on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook , including Reels and Shorts, basic video editing, scheduling tools and platform analytics
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for design (Canva or similar)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools
• Highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping details
• Comfortable with clients, prospects and community partners
• Understands that financial marketing has compliance rules, and is willing to learn them
